Client – an individual with full legal capacity and, in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also an individual with limited legal capacity or a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity – who has entered into or intends to enter into an Agreement with METAHUMAN because they use or intend to use at least one Service or electronic Service;

Product – a movable item available in the Service that is the subject of a sales agreement between the Client and METAHUMAN SUPPLEMENTS LTD Company number: 12886777;

Service – a paid functionality available in the Service, not of a material nature, that is the subject of an Agreement between the Client and METAHUMAN SUPPLEMENTS LTD Company number: 12886777;

Agreement – a service provision agreement concluded or to be concluded between the Client and METAHUMAN SUPPLEMENTS LTD Company number: 12886777 via the Service or another type of agreement, individually specified in the Regulations;

Electronic Service – a service provided electronically by METAHUMAN SUPPLEMENTS LTD Company number: 12886777 to the Client via the Service;

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

Information on certain actions taken by users is logged at the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the Service.

The resources viewed are identified through the URL. In addition, the following may be recorded:

  • These data are not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages.
  • The above data is used solely for the purposes of administering the Service.

The Privacy and Security Policy does not cover information about services, goods, or websites of third parties, made available in the Service as part of agreements with other entities. Third parties define their separate, individual rules for the operation of their services, goods, or websites in their regulations, at their own discretion and responsibility.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)

METAHUMAN SUPPLEMENTS LTD Company number: 12886777 transfers personal data to third countries, outside the European Economic Area only for the purpose for which they were made available to: Google LLC based in Mountain View in the United States on the basis of the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield (hereinafter: the Agreement) i.e., in accordance with the European Commission’s decision of July 12, 2016, with the number IP/16/216, transferring personal data to entities based in the United States, which have joined the Agreement, ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with Article 45 of the Regulation.
