Description
Elite Selank is an analogue of a synthetic heptapeptide, which is a derivative of the naturally occurring tetrapeptide tuftsin in the human body with the sequence: threoline-lysine-proline-arginine. The most important biological activity of tuftsin is the activation of phagocytosis of granulocytes and macrophages. It was initially designed as a potential treatment for anxiety and mood disorders, with a particular focus on minimizing the side effects often associated with traditional anti-anxiety drugs.
